Sampson Construction built the new Farmers Mutual Building at 501 S. 13th Street, which was finished in August 2013. “They did the job right,” Chairman Byron Boslau said. University of Nebraska employees, architects and Sampson Construction employees gathered at East Stadium on a Thursday in June 2013 to bury time capsules near Gate 20, the original welcome mat for Husker fans when Memorial Stadium opened in 1923.
