Waverly High School

In 1998, Waverly High School was constructed for the Waverly Public School District #145. It serves grades 9-12 and resides on an 80 acre campus.
Sampson Construction developed an 80 acre site for the school district for the new Waverly High School. The school totals 130,000 SF and was completed in 18 months. Approximately 40 percent of the structure is load-bearing masonry with the balance being steel framing and metal studs. The exterior of the building is masonry and EIFS. Besides classrooms, the school has two gymnasiums, kitchen, cafeteria, media center, and 700-seat auditorium.
