Rangeland Center - Chadron State College

Sampson Construction began construction on the Coffee Agriculture Pavilion at Chadron State College in September 2012. The pavilion is the first phase of the $5 million dollar Rangeland Complex.

The Coffee Agriculture pavilion is a 20,000 SF live animal arena, and has stadium seating, concessions, and public restrooms. The arena has rough stock pens, horse boarding pens, bucking chutes, and roping boxes. The facility has unique features such as a large exterior cedar trellis area, clerestory windows above the Arena, and polycarbonate panels for indirect lighting. The facility will be utilized by the Rodeo Club, as well as for classroom teaching.
