Pershing Elementary School

The indoor air quality and interior renovation upgrades were the result of a 2006 Lincoln Public School's Bond Program. This project required geothermal installation, major demolition to the existing structure, which was originally established in 1955 and received additions throughout the late 1950's.
The comprehensive indoor air quality and interior renovation upgrade at Pershing Elementary School was completed in 2008 under the Lincoln Public Schools 2006 Bond Program. Sampson Construction was awarded the project on the competitive bid market. The scope of work included major interior demolition such as floor finishes, electrical, and mechanical. New finishes, glazing, and electrical and geothermal mechanical systems were installed.
