Holdrege High School

Built in 1962, Holdrege High School was a candidate for a remodel that would provide a modern learning environment. Renovations included HVAC and architectural upgrades, such as lighting and carpeting.
This 35,000 SF project marked the second phase of renovations for the school, which added an elevator, air conditioning and upgrades to the classrooms on the second floor. Upgrades were made to the mechanical and electrical systems and placed an equipment room in the basement. Some features included: new carpet, ceilings, fire sprinklers, storefront aluminum windows, classrooms, science room, new ceiling and lighting in library. This entire project was completed during summer break in order to minimize the impact to students and faculty.
