The addition to the Farm Bureau Office building included a daycare, offices, and a new cafeteria. Occupied during construction, this project was completed on schedule, which was vital as the facility served at the home-office and communication hub for many of Farm Bureau's locations throughout the U.S.
Completed in December of 1997, the Farm Bureau Addition was phased to remain in operation by relocating departments during construction. A major relocation effort was made for the computer center that directly connects all offices around the country. Necessary structural modifications were made to the exterior of the existing building in order to introduce materials used on the addition. The 85,000 SF facility includes a daycare, kitchen, offices and a cafeteria.
