Cheyenne Hills Church

Cheyenne Hills Church began in 1992 and has steadily grown to accommodate the Cheyenne community. The members added a west win expansion in 2001 and by 2011 they realized they were ready for an additional expansion.

The 15,500 SF addition and 6,000 SF renovation was accomplished through a design build contract method. Our team worked with our design partner to design and build a cost effective and quality facility for the church. The addition consisted of a new sanctuary, fellowship area, restrooms, green room, video edit room, and mechanical/electrical rooms. The exterior of the addition has stucco, brick, and metal panel veneers to match the existing facility. The existing sanctuary was renovated into two story classrooms, and new kitchen. A coffee bar was put into the existing fellowship area along with a new family restroom. Since the church’s water utilizes a well in lieu of the city’s water, a tank was buried for the fire suppression system.
