Athletic Student Life Complex

The Athletic Student Life Complex on the University of Nebraska-Lincoln campus services around 600 student-athletes. The project renovation tripled the size of the academic space available for current Husker student-athletes and included a technology center, tutorial service center, training rooms, and many more services to support learning.

The Student Life Complex is a 57,000 SF facility renovation that sits under the west bleachers of the University of Nebraska-Lincolns Memorial Stadium. This project utilized current space in the Hewitt Center and the previously occupied by the West Stadium Strength Complex to increase the size of the Complex. The new center shows the commitment that the University has for its student athletes. The $8.7 million dollar complex is home to the Hewit Academic Center, Abbott Life Skills Center, D.J. Sokol Enrichment Center, Scott Technology Center, Papik Compliance Center, and the Lewis Training Table.
