A groundbreaking ceremony was held for the new Southeast Wyoming Welcome Center on March 30. Sampson Construction will serve as Construction Manager for a project that will support and enhance Wyoming’s second largest industry, tourism. The groundbreaking was led by Wyoming Governor Matt Mead. Mead expressed his excitement in the benefits this facility will provide to the entire state and the great first impression it will have on new visitors.
